Who this is for

Maybe you've caught yourself thinking...

“Why can’t I just get over this?”

“Why do I keep reacting this way?”

“I thought I’d be handling this better by now.”

“I don’t even recognize myself anymore.”

Some seasons of life ask more of us than we ever expected to give. You keep going. You adapt. You make room for what needs your attention, even when there’s very little room left for you. And somewhere along the way, you may find yourself feeling worn down, untethered, or unsure of what comes next.

Perhaps you're grieving a person, a relationship, a version of your life or yourself. Maybe your health has changed what you thought your future would look like. Perhaps you've spent so long caring for others that you've lost touch with your own needs. Or maybe questions about identity, belonging, and where you feel at home in the world are weighing you down.

You’ve spent so long trying to be strong that you don’t know what to do with the parts of you that are struggling.

If that sounds familiar, you're in the right place. I work with adults navigating anxiety, chronic illness, caregiver stress and burnout, grief and loss, identity concerns, and major life changes. You don’t have to edit yourself, make your story easier to understand, or know exactly what you need before we begin. I’m here to help you make sense of what you’re carrying, navigate what’s changed, and find a way forward that feels more like your own.

Meet Sarah

Hi, I’m Rosaria, but everyone calls me Sarah. I’m a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern, and I’ve spent the past several years walking alongside individuals and families in crisis intervention, community mental health, and hospice care.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. I aim to create a space where you can exhale a little and tend to the parts of yourself that may have been overlooked or pushed aside. I believe therapy is a place where you don’t need to have all the answers…just a willingness to ask the questions.

Whether you're living with chronic illness, caring for someone you love, navigating grief, exploring parts of your identity, or moving through a major life change, therapy can give you space to reconnect with yourself and move forward with greater clarity and compassion.

How To Get Started

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel vulnerable, and I'm glad you're here.

Asking for help may feel impossible or selfish, especially when you've been carrying so much on your own. Needing support isn't a sign of weakness; it's part of being human. You deserve a space where you feel seen and heard, not because of what you do for others but simply for who you are. I'd be honored to help you.

If you're considering therapy, we can start with a free 15-minute phone consultation. This gives us a chance to connect, talk through what you're looking for, and see if we're a good fit. You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. We’ll start where you are and take the next step together.
